01
The challenge
The previous design felt cluttered and lacked the modern UX/UI expected from a premium architecture practice. Services were not presented through a clear, intuitive journey, and the experience needed better mobile optimization.
The inquiry process also needed structure. Prospective clients needed a clearer way to share their project requirements and move toward a consultation.

What we changed
01. Modern Funnel Design
Rebuilt the landing page from scratch with a cleaner visual hierarchy, focused messaging, and a more intuitive user journey.
02. Clearer Service Presentation
Organized the information to make the offer easier to understand and help visitors identify the next step without unnecessary distraction.
03. Mobile-Friendly Experience
Designed responsive layouts to make the funnel easier to navigate across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.
04. Project Qualification and Booking
Connected the landing page to a guided project inquiry process and calendar booking flow, helping visitors move from initial interest to a consultation request.
05. Dedicated Thank-You Page
Created a post-submission page to provide a clear next step after visitors complete the inquiry and booking journey.
03
The transformation
The new journey connects each stage into a more deliberate experience:
Landing Page → Project Qualification → Calendar Booking → Thank-You Page
Instead of leaving visitors to navigate a cluttered experience, the funnel gives them a clearer route to share their requirements and take the next step.

04
The outcome
The project delivered a redesigned funnel with a more contemporary interface, improved mobile usability, a structured qualification journey, and connected booking and thank-you pages.
The focus was on making the inquiry process clearer and more cohesive. Conversion-rate or booking improvements have not been quantified.
05
The takeaway
A strong architecture funnel needs more than an attractive landing page. It needs a clear message, a thoughtful user journey, and a connected process that makes it easier for prospective clients to take action.
